Sara Albee, LMT (La lic. # 5416), CAOBT, ADS
Sara Albee is currently the only Certified Ashiatsu Oriental Bar Therapist (CAOBT) in New Orleans. She received her certification and training directly from the founder of Ashiatsu, Ruthie Hardee in Colorado. Sara loves the fluidity and acrobatics of giving ashiatsu almost as much as her clients love receiving it. She is Nationally Certified in Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork and had previous training in swedish, neuromuscular, and shiatsu. Sara is also a certified Acupuncture Detox Specialist (ADS) and practices the NADA ear acupuncture protocol which helps with anxiety, insomnia, detox, indigestion and more. Sara volunteers her time giving the NADA protocol to folks at Bridge House's drug and alcohol rehabilitation program.
