How to Validate Your Parking

All validated parking is at the 601 Tchoupitoulas Garage. Parking is free for up to three hours on weekdays and $10 for up to three hours on weekends.

  1. Park only in regular spaces. Do not park in star spaces, as NOLA Bliss cannot validate them.
  2. Text “PARKING” and your name within 15 minutes of entering the garage. You can reply to one of your appointment reminder texts.
  3. Confirm your license plate information in the text from Premium Parking to start the validation.

Weekend Parking

DISCOUNTED validated parking at the surface lot directly opposite from NOLA Bliss (542 Tchoupitoulas Street) for up to 3 hours is provided on Saturdays and Sundays at a flat rate of $10.


PLEASE DO NOT PREPAY FOR PARKING AT THE LOT- Just take a photo of your license plate and show it to your therapist on arrival and you will be charged through NOLA Bliss.
