Convenient and Safe Validated Parking Just Steps Away, 7 Days a Week

Note: New parking instructions start 1/1/2026. All validated parking is now at the 601 Tchoupitoulas Garage. It's still FREE for up to 3 hours on weekdays and $10 for up to 3 hours on weekends. 


  1. Please text "PARKING" and "YOUR NAME" to us as soon as you park in the garage. You can do this by replying to one of the reminder texts you receive from us.
  2. You must do this within 15 minutes of entering the garage to avoid being ticketed or booted.
  3. You will then receive a text from Premium Parking asking you to confirm your license plate information and start the validation.
